Overall awesome stay during the holidays. Fairly clean hotel with perfect staff and marvellous and good breakfasts. Exceptionally good view of city, comfortable & huge room. Unbeatable location, walk from all attractions. Also, easy access to West Gate.

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in an excellent location, I was delighted by the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful, even arranging for an early breakfast on my checkout day. The hotel's central location in the "Ichan Kala" allowed me to easily explore all the attractions on foot.
There were a couple of drawbacks. the transfer price from the railway station was expensive compared to the alternative local taxi option.

We had a great time at Arkanchi Hotel due to the excellent rooms and friendly staff. The manager deserves special recognition for their efforts. The hotel is situated in a stunning area. We also enjoyed some delicious treats at Terrassa Cafe & Restaurant, which is just a short walk away.
